How we collect, use and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, and organization details when you register, and the recipient information you enter when creating certificates, documents or ID cards.
Information is used to operate your account, generate and verify certificates and documents, send expiry reminders and account notifications, and improve the platform.
Uploaded documents and certificate files are stored in protected, non-public folders with randomized file names. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to sensitive settings is restricted by role.
Certificate verification pages display only the information necessary to confirm authenticity — recipient name, certificate number, issue date, organization and status. No contact information is shown publicly.
